Cutting machines

Our cutting machines for vegetables, fruit and other foods include a wide variety of automatic, semi-automatic and manual solutions for various requirements. Any type of cut can be implemented, depending on the product, for example slices, strips, sticks, cubes or spirals, dividing into segments, flaking and grating, as well as top-and-tail cutting.

All kinds of vegetables are processed, for example cutting potatoes, carrots, beetroot, white and red cabbage, onions, peppers, pumpkin, squash, radishes, zucchini, celery, cucumbers, leeks, eggplant and mushrooms. Cutting machines optimized for specific applications are also available for various kinds of fruit such as apples, pineapples, kiwis, melons and mangoes. The cutting machines can also process leafy vegetables and lettuce as well as grating bread and Parmesan cheese.

The following machines are suitable for further products: The KUJ-V series also cuts meat and fish (cooked or chilled), bacon, hard-boiled eggs and in some cases also cheese. The TT450 is suitable for automatically removing the core and cutting off the leaf tips of frisée, endive and romaine lettuce.
