Customs Specialist in the Sales Department / Export Coordinator

Your tasks and responsibilities

Processing inquiries, quotes, orders, delivery notes and commercial invoices in German and English
Producing customs documents and reporting via the ATLAS system
Managing supplier declarations
Processing customer orders and monitoring dates
Working as a customs specialist in contact with the customs authorities and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and supporting internal staff
Maintaining master material data for customs purposes

Your qualifications

Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial subject or the field of logistics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in exports and customs
Good Microsoft Office and ATLAS skills; SAP skills are also advantageous
Good English skills; further language skills are desirable
Communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Diligence, reliability and a sense of responsibility
