Customer Center / Purchasing / Work Preparation Assistant for our plant in Achern

Parental leave cover with prospects | Part time: 60–80 %

To further strengthen our team at our Achern location, we are currently looking for a committed new employee to take on the position of Customer Center / Purchasing / Work Preparation Assistant.

This position will initially cover paternal leave but also offers continued employment prospects.

Your tasks

Customer Center

Preparing quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices
Providing customer support via telephone and in written correspondence
Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships
Ensuring smooth procedures between customers, the production team and internal departments

Organizing transport services

Planning and coordinating transport services
Consulting with internal and external transport services
Ensuring punctual and efficient transport procedures

Supporting purchasing

Obtaining, comparing, and evaluating quotes
Preparing and processing orders
Tracking delivery dates and complaints management
Helping with supplier communication and master data maintenance

Supporting work preparation

Creating and maintaining material master data
Reorganizing and updating materials
Helping with calculations
Preparing and issuing production orders (where needed)

Your qualifications

Your qualifications

Commercial training completed, preferably with professional experience
Structured, independent, and reliable working approach
Distinct service and customer orientation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Solid skills in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable: SAP skills
Ability to work in a team and think across departments
