The AS 6 apple peeling and cutting machine is particularly flexible in use. It can peel, core and flexibly cut apples into segments and slices. A large selection of serrated knives, cut-out tubes and dividing stars enables a wide variety of cuts. The machine can process three apples at the same time. Therefore, a capacity of up to 900 apples per hour is achieved, which is equivalent to approximately 135 kg per hour (at 150 g/apple).
Alternatively, for smaller capacities the apple peeling and cutting machines AS 4 and AS 2 offer a good choice.
Processing with the GS 10-2 belt cutting machine, which can be supplemented with a horizontal outfeed belt, takes place in a continuous process - and is therefore 100 % efficient without any loss of time. In addition, a selection of knives for different cuts is also available for this cutting machine.
