Belt cutting machines

Be it for cutting – and in some cases, pulling and grating – salad leaves or lettuce, vegetables, fruit, herbs, vegan protein blocks, baked goods or meat, fish and sausage, the automatic belt cutting machines are multifunctional solutions. They can be used for a huge variety of different products. The belt slicers allow continuous processing of high capacities and are equipped with an infeed belt. They can be used as stand-alone machines or in processing lines.

Cutting machines

The cutting machines for vegetables, fruit and other foods include a wide variety of automatic, semi-automatic and manual solutions. Any type of cut can be implemented depending on the product, for example slices, strips, sticks, cubes or spirals, dividing into segments, flaking and grating, as well as top-and-tail cutting. Vegetables of all kinds, various types of fruit and other foods can be processed.

In the product holders of the TONA Rapid, tomatoes are transported aligned to the cutting process.

Punching machines

The punching machines for lettuce, fruit and vegetables are semi-automatic solutions or manual hand tools. A wide variety of processes can be implemented with the machines: Slices, cubes, sticks, wedges, segments or special shapes can be cut as well as peeled and cored. Different types of vegetables, fruit and sometimes also salad leaves can be processed.
