Our HEWA models are washing machines for lettuce, vegetables, herbs, fruit and other foods and boast an optimal hygienic design. Their design ensures maximum hygiene and easy cleaning, for example the fact that the machines have no horizontal surfaces whatsoever, thus allowing the water to optimally discharge and avoiding the formation of biofilm. What’s more, the machines can also be easily dismantled for fast and thorough cleaning. Like their predecessor models, the GEWA PLUS washing machines, the HEWA models use the innovative HELICAL washing system and offer a flexible range of accessories and attachments.

Our GEWA models are universal washing machines for the continuous washing of lettuce, vegetables, herbs, fruit and more, both as cut and whole products. The PLUS series impresses with its high-quality design and its equipment options such as a fine particle outfeed, sand trap funnel or water management system. The GEWA models with their innovative washing system guarantee an undamaged, optimally cleaned product that can be disinfected with a washing additive if required.

The cost-reduced ECO models are also used for continuously washing lettuce, vegetables, herbs, fruit and more, both as cut and whole products. In comparison with the GEWA PLUS series, they come with fewer equipment options. All GEWA models with their innovative washing system guarantee an undamaged, optimally cleaned product that can be disinfected with a washing additive if required.

In addition to the GEWA washing machines suitable for universal use, we also offer machines such as special pre-washing, treatment and hygienization solutions. The PL series also includes potato washers for different capacity ranges. What’s more, GEWA washing machines can also be adapted to very special requirements or products (e.g. dried fruit or bell peppers).
