Prefabrication assistant – sheet metal working and machine operation

Your tasks and responsibilities

Operating the Bystronic Expert 250/4100 edge-bending machine
Operating the Boschert punching machine
Operating the Kasto Flex F sawing machine
Using BySoft to produce sheet metal patterns
Creating punching programs, incl. nesting for the punch
Creating sawing programs for the Kasto Flex F
Supporting the optimization of production processes and material use

Your qualifications

Experience in operating and programming production systems (especially Bystronic, Boschert, and Kasto)
Sheet metal working (lasering, edging, and punching) knowledge
Technical training in the field of mechanical engineering, metal working, or a comparable area
SAP skills advantageous, but not a must-have
Structured and responsible working approach
Communication skills and the ability to work in a team

Main characteristics of the role

Wide range of tasks and activities in the field of prefabrication and sheet metal working
Working with modern machines and software (BySoft)
Opportunity to help shape production activities and optimize processes
Focus on stainless steel processing and customer-specific solutions
