Production control & scheduling assistant for prefabrication / welding

Your tasks and responsibilities

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Planning and approving production orders and monitoring deadlines
  • Ensuring the flow of material and information
  • Scheduling stainless steel raw materials & inventory management
  • Coordinating with the design, purchasing, and production teams
  • Coordinating external production activities (lasering, edge bending, component assemblies)
  • Optimizing processes & supporting make-or-buy decisions
  • Helping with CIP and maintenance planning
  • Cooperating with approx. 15 employees in the prefabrication and welding teams

Your qualifications

  • Technical training (e.g. mechanical engineering, sheet metal working, industrial mechanics)
  • Experience in production control, work preparation, or scheduling
  • Good knowledge in the fields of stainless steel sheet metal working and welding
  • Practical experience in special-purpose machinery construction desirable
  • SAP skills advantageous
  • Structured, communicative personality with excellent organizational skills
