In this application example, pepper cut into 4-mm-wide strips is conveyed from a cutting machine into the HEWA 3800V. The pepper strips are washed in the industrial washing machine before being discharged for further processing.

Effective and gentle washing with the HELICAL washing system
The HELICAL washing system of the HEWA 3800V enables both effective and gentle washing of the pepper strips.
