Customer Service Engineer / Technician

Your tasks

  • Commissioning and testing new systems at our production facility before shipping  
  • Commissioning systems at our customers’ facilities throughout Germany and occasionally throughout Europe 
  • Performing maintenance and servicing work on technical systems 
  • Fault diagnosis and correction on site 
  • Customer service and advice 

Your qualifications

  • Completed training in the field of industrial mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • Willingness to travel for work
  • Good communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a strong service orientation
  • Independent and reliable working approach
  • Good German skills; good English skills also advantageous
  • Class B driving license
  • SAP skills advantageous
