Your tasks

Your tasks

  • Managing and controlling the new and further development of complete machines and accessories in the field of food technology
  • Managing small, interdisciplinary project teams (typically in the fields of Mechanics, Electronics, Project Management, Production and Sales)
  • Coordinating technical areas, e.g. design
  • Responsibility for resource, deadline and cost planning
  • Overall responsibility for project success, liaising with the Management Board

Escalation and control responsibility

  • Prioritizing technical problems and initiating suitable problem-solving teams
  • Reporting severe quality deviations to the management teams and, where necessary, to the Management Board

Your qualifications

  • Technical degree qualification (ideally a master’s degree, alternatively a bachelor's degree) with professional experience
  • Professional experience in project management, ideally in a development environment, is advantageous
  • IPMA/GPM certification is advantageous
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Good English skills
  • Distinct analytical and structured working approach
  • Experience in working with small, interdisciplinary project teams
  • Communication skills, assertiveness, and a good sense of responsibility
