August: Young talents trained in-house

This autumn, we are again welcoming new apprentices to our company. So what exactly does an apprenticeship at KRONEN involve?

Who: Jens Köbel began his apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist at KRONEN in 2017. Three years later, he successfully completed his training. He has been working in our Logistics department ever since, where he is responsible for incoming goods, picking, sending spare parts, machine shipments and supporting the logistics management team.

Like: “My training at KRONEN was a very exciting, varied and above all productive learning experience. The cooperation with all departments, the wonderful colleagues and the diversity of the profession are all still important reasons why I am delighted to work at KRONEN day after day.”

The new apprentices will start their training at KRONEN in September. Their apprenticeships will enable them to qualify as industrial clerks, IT specialists for system integration and electronics technicians for operating technology. KRONEN has been training apprentices for more than 20 years and currently offers apprenticeships for eight occupations.

Employees are ultimately an important success factor for every company. This is why KRONEN relies on qualified employees, for example those who have completed in-house training, and values its staff accordingly. The company aims to create a corporate culture in which employees are satisfied, able to use their individual strengths and have the opportunity to further develop their skills and expertise.

Motivated young talents are always welcome, and apprenticeship positions will also be available for the training year 2024, with the application period opening this autumn.
