The world premiere of the new K1040H drying system at the Fruit Logistica 2026 trade show

The highlight at the KRONEN booth was the world premiere of the new K1040H drying system. This horizontal centrifuge was developed especially for integration into continuous processing lines with a medium capacity. It enables efficient, hygienic, and product-friendly dewatering at a rate of up to 1,500 kg/h.

The compact system can be integrated directly downstream from washing machines such as the HEWA 3800 and, depending on the product processed, can achieve residual moisture levels as low as 2–4 %. Its open hygienic design makes all areas of the machine that come into contact with products easy to access and therefore easy to clean.

Alongside the new K1040H, KRONEN also showcased a multitude of established machines, including cutting, washing, packaging, and weighing technology that can be integrated into modern fresh-cut lines, for example:
