The KSB-2 cabbage corer efficiently cores cabbage heads (e.g. red and white cabbage, pointed cabbage) and is characterized by its user-friendly operation, stability and hygienic design.
In its new appearance, the KSB-2 combines technical developments and an optimized design. Due to the compact, yet easily accessible design, the KSB-2 takes up little space and at the same time enables simple and quick replacement of all wearing parts.
With the KSB-2, up to 600 heads of cabbage can be de-stemmed per hour.
The freely adjustable drilling depth enables the drilling of cabbages of all sizes. The oriented waste ejection guarantees a clean working method.
Optionally, a drill head reduction is available as an accessory, which enables optimized processing of small cabbages.
Variable decoring depth increases throughput
The cabbage laid down with the stem is pneumatically guided down onto the drill bit. Coring guarantees a clean and easy removal of the waste. By means of two levers both the coring depth and the tool stroke can be adjusted to size of the cabbage. As a result, the capacity can be significantly increased depending on the product.
Two-hand operation for improved safety at work
The KSB is operated by means of secure two-hand operation via push buttons.
Cleaning and hygiene
The machine is completely made of stainless steel. The construction without corners and edges and the easy removal of all accessories ensure quick and hygienic cleaning.
