After placing, centering and infeed, the pusher pushes the fruits or vegetables through the mounted knives. Various cutting inserts (2 to 24 dividers with or without centering spike and many more) assure to achieve the required cutting results. Cutting type can be changed easily, due to simple and fast change of cutting inserts and pushers in less than 5 minutes.
Processing of great fruits and vegetables
Great fruits and vegetables as e.g. pineapples, mango, peppers, eggplants and onions (max. diametre 130 mm) can be cut in slices, segments or sticks. Pineapples can even be peeled, decored and cut into segments.
Optimal product holding
Vegetables and fruits are placed manually in the product holders made of food-proof plastic discs. Special centering fingers fix the product in the centre of the holder. The clocked infeed facilitates feeding and allows a various infeed capacities.
Fast and effective outfeed
The cut pieces fall directly in a container or onto a outfeed belt (accessory). This assures a fast and effective outfeed.
The manual keyboard allows simple operation. Simple and fast change of pusher and cutting inserts.
