NEW PRODUCT: The MPC 100 manual pineapple chunk cutter

Two work steps in one compact tabletop device:

 

This new additional processing solution for pineapple combines two work steps in one compact tabletop device: the new MPC 100 manual pineapple chunk cutter first cuts pineapple cylinders into slices and then cuts these into even chunks in the second step.

The manually operated MPC 100 pineapple chunk cutter therefore provides efficient pineapple processing and can be perfectly integrated into an easy-to-operate processing line comprised of tabletop devices.

The line combines the MAK manual pineapple top & tail cutting device and the HGW grid cutter for peeling pineapples with the MPC 100 manual pineapple chunk cutter, a further development of the MASS manual pineapple slicer. It therefore significantly speeds up pineapple processing.

The line is ideal for use in large-scale catering establishments for producing bite-sized pineapple chunks for fruit salads or in fresh-cut companies, for example those that supply retailers with ready-to-eat packaged snack portions.
