Automatic and precise grape destemming
Table grapes no longer have to be destemmed manually: the GDM 35 grape destemming machine is ideal for the automatic, accurate removal of grape stems, as well as the stems of cherry tomatoes, dates or kiwi berries.
The fruits – as a whole fruit stem – are very gently destemmed by a machine-controlled rolling movement and thus separated as individual fruits. The gentle rolling movement is supported by soft belts and ensures that the delicate fruits are not crushed and remain undamaged. An integrated drying system minimizes the possible formation of condensation. The compact machine is also equipped with a gap width adjustment that enables it to adapt to the size of the fruit.
The destemmed fruits are then gently transported on a conveyor belt for further processing or final checks.
