The new model of the manual MMC 150 melon cutter processes de-seeded mango halves to produce cubes measuring 25 x 25 x 25 mm in just one work step – perfect for fruit salads and fruit snacks.

The cutting machine with a cube insert is suitable for processing many different types of melon, for example honeydew, Galia and watermelon, with a diameter of up to 150 mm and up to 200 mm long.

The manual operation of the machine is extremely simple, with a downholder helping to fix the fruit in place to ensure precise, safe cutting. The machine can be quickly dismantled for easy cleaning.
