Gentle peeling, destoning and halving of mangoes as if by hand
Whole mangoes are peeled, pitted and halved in one cycle using the mango peeling and destoning machine 20. The peeled mango halves can then be further processed and cut into cubes or strips, for example. With a capacity of up to 20 fruits per minute and low personnel requirements, the machine efficiently processes high volumes.
The fruit are placed in the fruit pockets in an arranged manner. During the peeling process, the fruit is held in position by the stone, thus enabling particularly gentle processing and a peeling result as if by hand. The peeled mango then passes through the cutting stations, where the flesh is cut off the stone on both sides. The mango fillets are then discharged sideways by means of product chutes. The peel and stones are discharged via the waste belt.
